In fact one of the goals of SSA Users Australia and New Zealand is to be your link to access the "Voice to SSA" product enhancement voting process.

Problems encountered V's Enhancements

Problems and bugs in existing versions of the software are SSA Global client support issues that are addressed by them via their OnePoint Support (OPS) Help Desk. After all, this is why users are paying an annual maintenance fee to SSA Global.
