Welcome to the virtual home of the Masterpiece Users of South Australia (MUSA).

MUSA is based in Adelaide, and was founded by private sector and Government users of the Infor FMS Masterpiece application.  The group sits independently from the vendor and has been in existence for over twenty years.  MUSA is affiliated with the National user group (MUAi), that has over the years included members from all mainland states of Australia.  MUAi is in turn affiliated with overseas Masterpiece users groups in USA, SAF & UK.  

The role of the MUSA is:

·        Sharing knowledge and experience of Masterpiece products to assist members to obtain optimal product functionality and efficiency

·        Planning and providing forums for user consultation, discussion and presentation aimed at assisting members to maintain a knowledge of the products and business developments in general;

·        Assisting, wherever possible, in maintaining communications between other groups representing the interests of product users and providing the vendor with feedback on product enhancements and product/service performance.  

The user group normally holds four events during the year.  Three of these are where users and software suppliers present Masterpiece related topics to its members and the fourth event is a Christmas function designed as a thankyou to those members who supported the functions during the year.
